Let me Win! — XEC Solo Pool

Private eCash solo mining stack based on bitcoind-xec + ckpool-xec. Miners connect with their own payout address, rewards are paid directly on-chain to the winning miner, and the pool retains a 1% donation. The pool now supports two stratum modes: a Standard endpoint for smaller miners and a Bigger Miners endpoint for stronger hardware that benefits from higher share difficulty.

Current operating mode

Miners connect to ckpool using their own payout address as username. The XEC pool currently exposes two stratum endpoints: 7333 Standard for regular and low-power miners, and 7444 Bigger Miners for stronger ASICs using a higher share difficulty profile. When a block is solved, the winning miner is paid directly on-chain and the pool retains a 1% donation.

Use 7333 for small or standard miners. Use 7444 for bigger miners and higher-performance hardware that should submit shares at a higher difficulty level.

Payout mode

Miner rewards are paid directly on-chain to the payout address used in the worker username. The pool does not execute custodial or manual payouts in the current XEC configuration.

If a block is found, the reward goes directly to the winning miner address and the pool retains a 1% donation.

Dual stratum model

The pool now exposes two entry modes within the same ckpool instance: 7333 Standard for smaller miners and 7444 Bigger Miners for stronger hardware using a higher difficulty profile.

Fee policy

Current XEC fee policy is a 1% donation embedded in the block reward flow. It is not applied later by manual payout and it does not require custodial pool accounting.

Verification

A solved block can be reported by ckpool in the pool log. For payout-grade verification, the block should also be checked on-chain by inspecting the solved block coinbase outputs.
